Steps :
1.Apply a bottom coat
2. Put a layer of nail polish closes to your velvet nail powder
3. Sprinkle the powder on your nails and sweep/shake of excess
4. Excess can be reused for next time
5. and you're done! :)
p/s : try not to get any water on your nails 3 hours after applying it
